On Sunday, August 13, the Brampton Canadettes Junior hockey team unveiled their new dressing room and upgraded facilities that were made possible by a grant received from the City of Brampton to honour the team’s 60th anniversary and recognize their contribution to local youth development through sport.
Youth sports are an integral part of Brampton’s community and Mayor Brown and all of Council recognize the importance and need for continued support of the athletes and organizations in our community. The City is proud to recognize the Brampton Canadettes 60th anniversary and congratulates the entire organization and all the athletes that have been, and continue to be, a part of it.
